Training Your Way to Excellence

If you currently own a coffee shop, the best profitable way to retain and/or obtain growth for your new business is to have an appeasing, most friendliest baristas who make outstanding drinks with consistency. The best way to get those baristas is to train them, and train them exceptionally well.
If you are a barista, the best way to up your expertise in the professional world of coffee, is to care enough about what you're pouring into every cup and how close to perfection you're making it and in doing so, with nothing less than pure excellence--whether it’s your customer service skills or your beverage creation acumen. The best way to improve is by attending training classes, seminars and keeping your staff up to par on the modern way of coffee and it's expectations.
Practice makes perfect and the absolute on point training is the way to and excellent cup of coffee. One other key point in serving a perfect cup of coffee is keeping in mind at all times on making sure you're treating those beans right.
